What counts as a "process item"?
Each new request, ticket, document or record started in a process or board — for example one leave request or one support ticket.
What happens when the trial ends?
Request a quote for the plan that suits you before the trial ends, and we'll help you move to it. If you have questions about your trial setup, contact us.
What does "bring your own" mean?
You provide the account or resource yourself — for example your own Slack or WhatsApp API keys, your own Zapier account, or on self-hosted, your own AI model, email server and storage.
Can NileDesk build our processes for us?
Yes. Most teams build their own with the included training, but our team can implement them for you. An implementation fee may apply — mention it in your quote request.
